  • One @ 25 Belfast has a no smoking and no pets policy.
  • Children are welcome.
  • A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings make less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • We highly recommended guests arrange travel insurance in the case of unforeseen cancellations.
  • Check in is 3 pm and check out 11 am.
  • Early check in and late check out are available on request but subject to availability.
  • Low season: May, and October – November inclusive.
  • High season: December – April inclusive, and September.
  • Peak season: June – August inclusive.
  • Where no peak season is specified, high season rates apply

Enquiries

One @ 25 Belfast is rented on a daily basis and use is exclusive. There is a minimum stay
of three nights.

We recommend all guests book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
